Private Services & Group Obedience Course
After discussing your needs with us, follow these instructions to arrange for private services or to register for the Group Obedience Course.

  1. Retrieve and Complete Paper Forms OR follow the link below to the online forms

    • Request form by fax or US Postal Service Delivery


  2. Deliver the completed Enrollment Form prior to service:
    • Mail the form to How's Bentley's address which is listed on the agreement form.

    • Fax the form to the fax number listed on the agreement form.


  3. Deposits / Payment

    Private clients may pay in full during the first full session.

    Group Course participants pay a $30.00 non-refundable deposit to secure their spot in the next course. The deposit may be paid by credit card via How’s Bentley Services E-Store or by check via the US Postal Service. The Group Course balance is due the first evening of class.

    • Credit Card or E-Check – Pay in advance with your credit card or e-check. Visit How's Bentley Services E-Store to process payment.

    • Personal Check or Cash - Write a personal check made out to How’s Bentley.

Puppy Parent Social
#6010 - Puppy Parent Social - $10.00 per person - $15.00 per household

We meet the third Thursday of each month at 6:15 to discuss puppy manners. The 1.5 hour event is for people without their pups and is held at the Collierville Pet Hospital on 18 S. Byhalia Rd in Collierville, TN.

We’ll discuss house training, play biting, socialization and anything else about puppy manners or training.

We accept checks and cash at the door. Sorry, we don’t accept credit card payments at the door. If you would like to pay by credit card, you’ll need to visit How’s Bentley Services E-Store and pay in advance.

Registration for Puppy Parent Social CLICK HERE to register by email. Please include name(s) and ages (optional for adults) of all participants, and your pup’s name-age-breed-sex. Additional comments about your pup’s behaviors are welcome. Thank you.

Scheduling
My schedule is flexible. If none of my usual appointment times are good for you, I’ll work around your schedule. I usually schedule private, in-home appointments, weekdays:

12pm (M-Tu-W-Th-F) | 3:30pm (M-W-Th-F) | 6:30pm (M-W-Th-F)

Evening appointments are filled 1-2 weeks in advance, 12PM and 3:30PM appointments are usually available within a week.

After receiving the appropriate form, How's Bentley representative will contact you to discuss an appointment time best for you.

Geographic Area / Travel Fee
Many of my clients live in Memphis TN, Germantown TN, Collierville TN, Bartlett TN, Cordova TN, Olive Branch MS. These clients are within 16 miles of the Memphis Germantown border on Poplar Pike Ave. Clients within 16 miles from the border do not pay a travel fee.

Other clients are located farther than 16 miles from the Memphis Germantown border on Poplar Pike Ave. I routinely travel to clients in Shelby County TN, Fayette County TN, Tipton County TN, Desoto County MS, Tate County MS, and Craighead County AR. Occasionally I drive to Jackson TN, Oxford MS, Tupelo MS, Marion AR, West Memphis AR, Little Rock AR and other tri-state cities. Clients that live farther than 16 miles from the Memphis Germantown border on Poplar Pike Ave, pay a travel fee.

The Travel Fee is $1.00 per mile for each mile traveled above 32 miles per round trip from the Memphis-Germantown border on Poplar Pike Ave. I’ll drive up to 160 miles to reach your location for this rate. I’ll travel anywhere in the USA for a fee. If you live farther than 160 miles, please contact me for a long-distance travel fee quote.
